Deputy Colm Keaveney asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will provide a copy of the report completed by her Department in or around 2009 into nature of the employment status of 14 ESB meter readers, including (details supplied) specifically; and if she will make a statement on the matter. There is no report in relation to this issue. These cases are being dealt with on an individual basis and are the subject of ongoing investigation in my Department. It would not be appropriate for me to comment on the likely outcome of these investigations at this stage.
