Under the provisions of the Single Farm Payment Scheme, ineligible areas/features and area where there is no agricultural activity are not eligible for payment. My Department has completed a review of the reference areas of the commonages referred to. All the claimants of these commonages will be written to informing them of the outcome of the review and informing them of their right to appeal if they do not agree with the findings of the review.
