67. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Finance if the National Asset Management Agency is aware of any individual borrowers having taken their own lives; and if the agency is satisfied that it acted appropriately with such persons and their families. [46578/14]
View answerNAMA's engagement with its debtors is carried out in a manner consistent with the highest professional industry standards with the aim of maximising the return to the taxpayer in respect of debts owing to it. All debtors are afforded equal courtesy and the Agency engages with all debtors in an entirely professional, impartial and objective manner.
