331. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health if the home care hours currently in place in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow will be fully retained and be provided by the same person on the basis that this person has Alzheimer's and the disruption of a new arrangement would have a negative impact on her health.
