Deputy Pat Rabbitte asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24 was taken off the orthodontic treatment programme; when the written letter of appeal to recommence treatment dated 25 August 2014 will be responded to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
