Deputy Lucinda Creighton asked the Minister for Health if he will provide in tabular form for each year since 2003, the total amount in euro paid by his Department to a company (details supplied); if he will further provide in tabular form for each year since 2003, the total amount in euro paid by the Health Service Executive to that company; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
