321. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 69 of 19 November 2014, when a single farm payment will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [48253/14]
View answerAs per my previous reply in this case it was necessary to seek additional information from both parties involved in the dual claim. The application of the person named has been reviewed taking account of the evidence recently submitted and payment in respect of the lands claimed will issue shortly.
