Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Health if the level of disposable income left to a person (details supplied) in a residential institution in County Kerry will be reviewed, in order that the person will have a better quality of life and in view of the history of neglect and abuse at the hands of the State that this person has suffered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
