407. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the assistance his Department and the Health Service Executive are providing in respect of a child (details supplied) in Dublin 15 with a global developmental delay; when it is expected this child will be assessed by the early intervention team; and if assistance will be provided in the interim. As the particular issue raised by the Deputy relates to an individual case, this is a service matter for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
