Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if she will provide, in tabular form per annum from 2009 to date in 2014, the total number of freedom of information requests received by her Department; the total refused; total granted; total part-granted; total appealed; total successful appeals; total part-successful appeals; total refusals; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
