Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the agencies or sections from his Department that were decentralised during the period 1997 to 2011; the travel costs and expenses incurred by decentralised personnel travelling to their base Department in that period. My Department was established in June 2011 and I can confirm that there has been no decentralisation of agencies or sections of my Department since then.
