Questions (542)

Pádraig MacLochlainn

Question:

542. Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that an ambulance transporting a patient from Letterkenny General Hospital, County Donegal, to a hospital in Dublin travels a long distance with no accident and emergency ward in close proximity to assist with any emergency deterioration in the patient's condition; if he is satisfied with the current reality; and if not, the proposals he has for a safer option.
