All school building projects which are funded from public monies, including Kishoge Community College, are required to use the forms of contract provided under the Capital Works Management Framework which includes a suite of public works contracts, standard conditions of engagement, model forms, suitability assessment questionnaires and guidance notes published by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP).

The form of contract used on the Kishoge Community College project is the "Public Works Contract for Building Works designed by the Employer" (PW-CF1) and clause 5.3 of the contract sets out the pay and conditions of employment.

A copy of this template contract may be downloaded from my Department's website www.education.ie or the Construction Procurement Reform website constructionprocurement.gov.ie.
