Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if penalties for over-claiming on a land parcel for single farm payment purposes for 2013 and 2014 will be waived in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry in view of exceptional health circumstances; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
