148. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Health the reason the transfer of a person (details supplied) in County Galway from a hospital in England to the Central Mental Hospital in Dublin has not taken place; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3124/15]
