508. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will approve an application for funding for a school (details supplied) in County Westmeath for additional accommodation under phase 2, in order to facilitate the significant numbers currently enrolling on post-leaving certificate courses, and the increased enrolments for all courses; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that the school in question has submitted an application for additional accommodation to my Department. The application will be assessed and a decision will be conveyed to the school authorities as soon as this process has been completed.
