Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Health his plans to appoint a second palliative care consultant with supporting non-consultant hospital doctors for the midlands region, and the recruitment of palliative care nurse specialists in the acute hospitals in the region; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
