View answerUnder my Department’s Social Housing Investment Programme funding is provided to housing authorities in respect of a range of measures. Details of the funding provided to both Monaghan and Cavan County Councils under the main measures since 2011 is outlined in the following table.

Social Housing Leasing Initiative (SH LI)
Under SH LI, Monaghan County Council has one unit operational with an annual payment of almost €6,000.

Under SH LI, Cavan County Council has 12 housing units operational with an annual payment of almost €64,000.
