Deputy Gabrielle McFadden asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of suspected petrol stretching cases the Garda is currently investigating; the number of these cases that are in counties Longford and Westmeath; if the Garda has prosecuted anyone in relation to petrol stretching; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
