Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the amount the Health Service Executive spent on agency staff in January 2015; the proportion of the agency's anticipated expenditure on agency staff in 2015 that was incurred in January 2015; how the January 2015 expenditure on agency staff compares with that for January 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
