Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health the action being taken to ensure that reports that a child has spent three weeks in an adult psychiatric unit will not be replicated; if he will confirm that all vacancies in child and adolescent psychiatric units are recorded, and that no child is required to stay in units that are designed only for adults; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
