Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht her plans to consider the provision of additional funding to that already granted, but not drawn down, to a project under Access II (details supplied) in County Offaly; and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerIn 2007, a capital grant of €2 million was approved in principle for the project referred to in the Deputy's Question. The offer of the grant was subject to a number of conditions, including a condition that my Department's contribution to the project would not exceed €2 million. There are no additional funds available to my Department to increase the level of grant at this time.
