253. Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly, under the 2008 single payment scheme and other area related schemes, in view of the fact that the person was informed on 16 May 2014 that the appeal was successful; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
