374. Deputy Shane Ross asked the Minister for Health the reason the Health Service Executive has failed or refused to engage in an independent assessment of need for all persons supported by Camphill Communities of Ireland, linked to its value for money report; if the executive is considering increasing the sleepover rates for Camphill Communities of Ireland in line with the Labour Court ruling; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
