My reply to Parliamentary Question No. 134 of 17 December, 2014 in the case of the person whose details were supplied explained my Department's policy with regard to the provision of information in respect of individual applications for asylum or subsidiary protection. This policy has been reiterated on numerous occasions in replies to similar parliamentary questions concerning protection applicants. It was also explained in some detail in my letter to the Deputy dated 31 May, 2014 which was also referred to in my December 2014 reply. There is nothing further I can add on the issue.
