109. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of completed bankruptcies in 2013 and 2014 which involved the surrender of the family home; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12231/15]

The Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) has indicated that between 2011 and 2014 there were 567 bankruptcies of which 485 cases involved a family home.
