274. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht further to Parliamentary Question No. 275 of 26 March 2015, if she will consider that the independent internal appeal that was processed by her Department was not reasonable and should not stand, in view of the conflicting evidence of the valuation document (details supplied); if she will have the matter newly reviewed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am advised that the information referred to by the Deputy was available to my Department when the independent internal review was carried out. Accordingly, it is not considered that there are grounds for carrying out a fresh review in this case.
