The above named herd owner submitted a late application for the scheme year 2011. This matter is still being examined and I expect that a decision will issue shortly. An official from my Department will notify the person named of the outcome. In the event that any payments are due to the person named on foot of this decision they will issue as soon as possible thereafter.
