Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Health if he will restore the blind welfare allowance in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry, in view of the fact the unnecessary cut of €5.70 per week is affecting that person's quality of life; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
