314. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Health if the Health Service Executive transitional care initiative is being implemented in counties Mayo and Sligo to ensure persons requiring nursing home care may avail of it in a timely manner, and the numbers supported in counties Mayo and Sligo since the beginning of the year.
