59. Deputy Michael Creed asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if a person (details supplied) in County Cork is entitled to fuel allowance; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16326/15]
View answerThe person in question is in receipt of invalidity pension. On foot of his application of 7 April 2015, he has been assessed as eligible for fuel allowance with effect from October 2015 - the start of the next fuel season. The person in question was notified on the 27 April, 2015 of this decision.
