109. Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for Health if consideration will be given to correspondence received by a company (details supplied), in which it is stated that a hospital is bound by all national contracts, when that hospital had continued to contract services from a company for a period of four years after it ceased to function as a voluntary hospital and joined the Health Service Executive system; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
