View answerThe case referred to by the Deputy has a complex legal history. My Department has sought detailed legal advice on all the issues that arise. This legal advice is awaited. Every effort is being made by my Department to expedite consideration of this matter consistent with the applicable legislation. In all the circumstances it would not be appropriate for me to comment further on this case at this time.
