425. Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Health the plans of the Health Service Executive to introduce new procedures in order that retirements of staff in front-line services, which are known in advance, can be better prepared for, thus ensuring no gaps in service provision; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
