Deputy Derek Nolan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if there is any scheme, grant or contribution available at present to assist families with the cost of building a home for family members with severe disabilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department does not have a grant scheme specifically to support the building of a new house where there are family members with disabilities.
