Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health the options available to enable a person (details supplied) in County Dublin to travel to and from hospital appointments, given that the person is wheelchair bound, has no family, has no means of transport, and accordingly has missed a number of appointments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
