383. Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 495 of 21 April 2015, which outlined the introduction of the disability composite template under schedule 3 of the service agreement, if he is satisfied that sufficient mechanisms are in place to ensure transparency, as regards all aspects of the budget allocation of the Health Service Executive; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
