Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health when a refund of prescription charges will be issued in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork who holds a long-term illness card and who paid prescription charges for medicines dispensed in respect of her long-term illness; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
