212. Deputy Noel Coonan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection when an appeal regarding a disability allowance will be finalised in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary. [21719/15]

We have written to the person in question, asking her to complete an application form for child dependant allowance for child who is aged 18 or over.

A final decision will be made on her application for disability allowance upon the receipt of the above requested information.
