215. Deputy Jack Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kildare has a debt registered against her; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21777/15]

The person in question incurred an over payment as all conditions of entitlement for a one parent family payment were not satisfied over the period from 27/02/2003 to 22/06/2005.
