220. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will confirm whether he has received any submissions from Kildare County Council in regard to the ongoing matter of cessation of development at the town centre in Naas in County Kildare; if so, if he will outline the details of any such submissions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that this issue concerns the non-completion of a development by a developer, which is an enforcement matter for Kildare County Council, in relation to which I have no role. My Department has not received any reports from Kildare County Council in relation to this matter.
