Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if she will provide, in tabular form, by year, the use of external public relations firms employed by her Department since coming into office; if she will provide the list of uses of the external public relations firm and internal Department policy with regard to employing external groups; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department did not incur any costs in relation to the provision of public relations services during the years in question.

It is my Department's policy to use in house resources as much as possible and to restrict the use of external groups to the greatest extent possible.
