I propose to take Questions Nos. 791 and 793 together.
The number and name of Bills initiated by my Department since September 2013 is set out in the following table. It is my intention to subject Bills prepared in my Department, which are in the Government’s legislative programme for the current session, to the pre-legislative scrutiny procedure in the Oireachtas which was introduced late last year. The Climate Action Low Carbon Development Bill 2015, the Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Bill 2015 and the Urban Regeneration and Housing Bill 2015 were all subject to such scrutiny.
