253. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport when planning permission was sought by the National Transport Authority for a cycle route between Dublin and Leixlip in County Kildare; if submitted, the current status of the application; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
