Deputy Anne Ferris asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the procedure taken by Irish Rail to ensure that, at all times, spaces reserved for the use of disabled passengers on trains are kept free from luggage and other obstacles; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
