103. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Finance the revenue that would be raised for the Exchequer by increasing the stamp duty on share transactions from 1% to 1.5%. [25277/15]
View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the full year yield to the Exchequer from increasing Stamp Duty on share transactions from 1% to 1.5%, by reference to the expected 2015 out-turn, is estimated to be in the region of an additional €190 million.
