152. Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if lands (details supplied) will be included in the specific constraints scheme, island land parcels, in view of the fact that they are inaccessible for much of the time, depending on the tides. [25191/15]
View answerMy Department has already received a request for a review of the land parcels in question under the Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme (Islands) from an agent acting on behalf of the person named. My Department will be in direct contact with both the person named and his agent as soon as this review is complete.
