Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Health in relation to orthodontic health care under the cross-border directive, the amount that has been paid out under this scheme to date; the estimate of the amount to be paid in 2015 and subsequent years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe Health Service Executive operates the EU Directive on Patients’ Rights in Cross Border Healthcare in Ireland. The HSE has been asked to examine this matter and to reply to the Deputy as soon as possible.
