Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 490 of 19 May 2015 and 9 of 11 June 2015, if he will release the contents of the letter dated 29 April 2015 which was sent to his Department by the Directorate General for Agriculture and Rural Development on the implementation of the Leader programme.
