Deputy Micheál Martin asked the Minister for Health if he will provide, in tabular form, the number of requests for meetings he has received from private, external, non-State-funded lobby groups; the number of meetings he has held with these groups; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Since my appointment as Minister for Health I have had numerous requests for meetings. The specific information requested by the Deputy is being compiled and I will reply directly to the Deputy as soon as possible, both for myself and Minister Lynch.
